Paul R. Williams, President and CEO, has dedicated his professional development to the study of creativity and innovation in business.  He specializes in establishing successful innovation management systems along with teaching the concepts of innovation maturity, organizational creativity and "helping business help itself."

Think For A Change, LLC provides forward-thinking businesses with hands-on consultation that involves unleashing and capturing the new ideas of your employees, facilitating groups who are organized to address and focus upon particular problems or opportunities, and presenting high-energy and thought-provoking workshops to develop creativity in participating employee and managerial staffs.

Prior to founding Think For A Change, LLC, Mr. Williams has worked in a variety of positions for the legal, insurance, information technology and financial services professions.  He is a current member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Northeastern Wisconsin PMI Chapter, PMI Information Systems Special Interest Group, PMI New Product Development Special Interest Group, PMI Financial Services Special Interest Group and the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).

Paul R. Williams is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with degrees in Political Science and Public Personnel Administration.  Additionally, Mr. Williams holds the following professional certifications:
