YOUR MISSION
As a Channel Expansion Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to help bring our brands to new marketplaces and omnichannel retail partners across the globe. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate our sales growth and join a winning team that is building Europe’s next-generation consumer goods giant.
- You lead cross-functional efforts to launch and manage our presence on new marketplaces globally, from identifying opportunities to bringing the operations to life
- You employ creative problem solving and drive toward clarity and structure as we navigate new ecommerce frontiers
- You become an internal subject matter expert on how our brands can grow through new channel opportunities and partner with external stakeholders to support our market entry and growth
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or an analytical function, preferably at a fast-paced startup, a consulting firm, or within a marketplace ecosystem
- You have a bachelors (or masters) degree in a relevant field
- You are passionate about e-commerce, online retail/brands, and their growth potential
- You are a sharp analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to think through problems end-to-end
- You possess solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and love a pro-active, hands-on approach
- Fluency in English required, ability to speak German or other languages a plus but not required
