As a Channel Expansion Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to help bring our brands to new marketplaces and omnichannel retail partners across the globe. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate our sales growth and join a winning team that is building Europe’s next-generation consumer goods giant.

  • You lead cross-functional efforts to launch and manage our presence on new marketplaces globally, from identifying opportunities to bringing the operations to life 
  • You employ creative problem solving and drive toward clarity and structure as we navigate new ecommerce frontiers 
  • You become an internal subject matter expert on how our brands can grow through new channel opportunities and partner with external stakeholders to support our market entry and growth
  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or an analytical function, preferably at a fast-paced startup, a consulting firm, or within a marketplace ecosystem
  • You have a bachelors (or masters) degree in a relevant field
  • You are passionate about e-commerce, online retail/brands, and their growth potential
  • You are a sharp analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to think through problems end-to-end
  • You possess solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and love a pro-active, hands-on approach
  • Fluency in English required, ability to speak German or other languages a plus but not required
