You are responsible for our performance marketing channels and driving the growth of our customers
You independently design and implement marketing campaigns for multiple brands
You own and operate direct to consumer brands through strategic analysis of media spend and channel mix
You evaluate the performance of the channels at regular intervals based on relevant KPIs and conduct A/B tests to ensure that performance is increased in the long term
You take control of ACoS, profit and spend across multiple brands
You monitor keyword ranking and measures for improvement
YOUR PROFILE
You have an outstanding degree in Economics or related discipline
You have +3 years of professional experience in performance marketing
You are an expert in the areas of SEM and display and have mastered tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads or Facebook Ads
The terms retargeting, responsive ad and quality score are nothing new to you
You bring analytical skills, number „drivinness“ and a hands-on mentality to KPIs to evaluate your success
You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
